Some of the foods served are: traditional dishes such as: byrek, tave kosi, qofte, all kinds of grilled meats (fresh meat), baked meat, traditional appetizers with vegetables, cheeses, and corn bread and fresh fruits. One of the foods that you may not have come across is pumpkin flowers with cottage cheese and corn filled with vegetables. This food is served in this place only and it is one of the most preferred. Another perfect food is quince with caramel cream, which may be more preferred by those people who are not into sweets very much. Carbonated drinks are replaced with juices produced at home, such as: wine, pomegranate juice (which is the most favourite juice in this place), and thane juice. |
